Privacy information

This page explains how Charlotte Pickleball Courts handles information submitted through the website.

Details sent through the form

When you send a court brief, Tally can record your name, email, optional phone, property location, project details, budget and timing. Leave out bank records, identity papers and health information.

How information is used

Information is used to review the enquiry, communicate about it, operate the website and, when appropriate, share the project with a separate provider that may consider responding. That provider has its own privacy practices.

Companies that run the site tools

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. The on-page enquiry tool is run by Tally, which also sends the submission notice. Google Analytics 4 measures visits and how people use the website. Its advertising-personalization and Google-signals options are disabled in this site’s configuration. These tools may process device, browser, page-view and interaction information under their own privacy practices.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect the site or others, or during a transfer of the website.

Retention and choices

Enquiry records are retained only as reasonably needed for follow-up, operations and legal duties. You may request access, correction or deletion through the project form. Some records may be kept when legally required.

Do not use the form for emergencies. This website does not sell mobile numbers or use them for unrelated text marketing.
