The court-enquiry form asks for four required details: name, email, the property city or ZIP, and a description of the proposed court work. Giving a phone number is your choice. There is no upload field for plans or photographs. You can mention a target date or budget, but the form does not require either. Keep payment information, passwords and identity documents out of the description.
How information is used
Information is used to review the enquiry, communicate about it, operate the website and, when appropriate, share the project with a separate provider that may consider responding. That provider has its own privacy practices.

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. The on-page enquiry tool is run by Tally, which also sends the submission notice. Google Analytics 4 measures visits and how people use the website. Its advertising-personalization and Google-signals options are disabled in this site’s configuration. These tools may process device, browser, page-view and interaction information under their own privacy practices.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect the site or others, or during a transfer of the website.
Retention and choices
Enquiry records are retained only as reasonably needed for follow-up, operations and legal duties. You may request access, correction or deletion through the project form or by emailing [email protected]. Some records may be kept when legally required.
Do not use the form for emergencies. This website does not sell mobile numbers or use them for unrelated text marketing.
